I feel so strong, confident and energetic. The day I did my first unassisted chin up was a serious day! I felt so accomplished.
I was stuck in a rut, doing the same old 3 cardio machines and I partnered with Sandra as my PT. I love having a coach as they push you further than you think you can go and always have new and exciting ideas.
Teaming up with both Lucy and Ruby to focus on nutrition and what works for my goals has been invaluable.
Sandra always used to say to me “abs are made in the kitchen” and she was completely correct. Although… I’m still waiting for the abs! Fuelling my body with the right foods for the amount of training I do has been one of the main keys to my success.

I’ve really learnt to love exercise and good nutrition. I have found it to be a very enlightening learning experience to see just what the body can achieve when your treat and fuel it right.
The most significant changes I’ve noticed through completing the challenge is overall body function. My gut health and muscle mass have improved resulting in less fatigue during the day and when training.
